chicken fried rice/noodles
Ingredients required:
- rice bran/olive oil
- any noodles/rice- 500 grams
- capsicum-1
- mushrooms- 200 grams
- 2 onions cut finely
- crushed garlic- 2 cloves
- boneless chicken breast. cut into small pieces- 200 grams
- sriracha chili sauce
- schezuan sauce
- soy sauce
- salt to taste
- pepper
Method:
- In a wok, add 3 TSp of olive oil and ass the onions and garlic to it and cook until the onions are reddish brown.
- add all the vegetables to the wok and add salt/pepper to taste. stir-fry the vegetables and turn off the heat.
- In another fry-pan, add some oil and add the chicken. Cook the chicken until it is evenly cooked and add the stir-fried vegetables to it.
- In a bowl, put some soy sauce, 1-2 spoons schezuan sauce, some sriracha chili sauce and mix all of them properly. Add this mixture to the stir-fry and mix it well.
- Add the rice/noodles to the wok and mix well till everything is coated with the sauces. Check for the salt and change the amount accordingly.
- serve hot and fresh.
